I am in the process of making a Genesis type atomizer, and I have decided to use copper wire for the positive and negative connection. I am going to seal the copper wire from the tank down to the connection with rubber heat sink so the juice will not touch the naked wire in any way. My question is, will this be safe to use after I seal the wire. I tried soldering stainless steel wire, but it just wouldn't work for me. Any advice would be awesome!

Thanks, RiP

I would think if you "tinned" the length of copper wire.......effectively coating it with leadfree silversoldier then u should be ok. I have thought about soing this but have not tried it.

Another option is to put 8-10 wraps of the finest copper wire you have (like one strand of a multistrand wire) around the stainless where your connection will be then apply solder. I think this method is detailed in the "soldering tips" stickey thread.
