howdy - some of that is going to depend on what nic level you are shooting for and the recipe (flavoring percentage) needed as well as end product vg/ pg ratio

What flavoring is it and which company manufactures it? Flavors vary in strength.
6mg of nicotine for ml. which means im using almost 100ml of nicotine per 100 ml of liquid. I shouldve got higher nicotine percentenge i'm guessing. I'm a noob to all of this. My caculations were wrong I shouldve got 100mg nicotine for ml

all good, brother - just make sure you practice some safety precautions with the 100mg nic (glove up, sleeves, ventilated area, safety glasses - mebbe a little overkill, but better safe - also make sure it is stored safely and securely - i keep mine bagged/ tagged/ wrapped in back of freezer)
the 6mg/ml base is pretty much unflavored ejuice..... sort of a pseudo base. most juices have %10-%15 of flavoring, so it will dilute the base down a bit. If you add %10 flavoring to your 6mg/ml base, then you'll end up having a 5.4mg ejuice. If you add %15 flavoring, you would have a 5.1mg/ml ejuice. Of course you could dilute it even lower with the premixed, or just go with no nicotine at all.
and when using 100mg/ml... be sure to use gloves and try not to get any of it on your skin... keep it in the freezer if possible, and away from light. and for goodness sake, not around food or children.
