I concur that the listed resistance will be close to its actual resistance. There is a little wiggle room because of manufacturing variables.

I use a twist with my low ohm cartos. I never go above 4 volts. Normally stay around 3.5-3.7.
Anything above 4 will probably burn the carto.

When using an ohm meter, it will read the overall resistance as 1.6 ohms. The meter can't tell if there are one or two coils present. In reality, what you have are two 3.2 ohm coils.

I don't recommend dual coils for eGo batteries. In fact I don't recommend them for any device. Nice idea in theory, but it doesn't work pratically.
