if they don't know ... I would say the cartridges no longer exist.

The company is not doing business anymore, however would it be possible to use other cartridges?
You can look here... easyvapors.com I get my tobacco juice here, but they have cartridges that are compatible with the older ecigs. I don't know which one will fit, but wanted to at least give the site because I have seen them even though I don't use them.

Somebody wanted to sell vape gear, they had a company slap a logo on a product being made, had a dozen shipped to seller. Seller lists on eBay, has said product pictured, too bad it drop ships from China. Would be willing to bet that's a sample

Try Smokeless Image or Halo. Both use 808 threaded devices. They are listed down in the vedors section. Also the mini tank would work (also known as the Kanger T4).

DON'T!
It's a great little e-cig, but they stopped production over a year ago. While you can still get the coils as they are used in other Joyetech models, the batteries & carts are as rare as rocking horse manure.
If you are determined to go with a cig-a-like type starter kit you may want to do yourself a favor and stick with a reputable company with reliable products such as Smokeless Image.
