question about figuring percentages

I am expecting my shipment of unflavored nic, pg and vg tomorrow. I already have a stock of flavors. I'm used to using tasty vapor stuff so I know about cutting the high nic juice. The nic I ordered wil be 100mg.. what I'm asking is.. Do I need to go ahead and cut it down to a more manageable level.. like 24.. to begin with? I don't like to think about working with such high levels of nic too often.. I will be getting a 30ml bottle of 100mg per ml in 100% pg. How do I figure the ratios of pg and vg to add if I want a mixture of say, 80%pg and 20% vg. I do use the ejuice recipe calculator but it's just a bit simple and doesn't go into figuring ratios of pg and vg.

Thanks for any advice. So far my diy experience has been mixing flavors from tasty vapor and adding some chocolate here and there.

The easiest way is to use this calculator. It will handle getting your pg/vg ratios right, as well as all kinds of other nifty and useful things.

I do recommend cutting your 100mg down beforehand. It makes things a bit easier, but cut it to a level higher than you want your end product to be. I assume that you've read all the stickies, and know to treat your 100mg base with great care.

Donnah, I wouldn't cut down the whole bottle of 100mg. I have found my ratio preference change and certain flavors maybe better with more VG than PG.
