Question about Halo triton

Finally got a very nice e cig, the Halo triton. vaping has been pure pleasure with it. I actually just got it last week so ive been vaping on it for about 5 days now, i upgraded from the blu cig. So i finally am starting to settle in a little with it and now im wanting to try different e juices. Ive been vaping at 12 mg with the menthol halo sample pack. My fav vape so far is a 50/50 mix of subzero and cool mist. I just recieved about 10 new juices to try in the mail today so now im thinking about cleaning out my clearomizer to try another flavour. Ive seen all the videos on how to do it and i know how to do it now but my question is do they really need to dry for 8-12 hours even if you wipe everything down and it seems dry? To me it just seems like even if there was moisture in the tank still wouldnt it just get burned out or something? Sorry for the newb question lol
As a side note id like to add that me and my wife are sharing just one starter kit so we each took one so i dont have the other one as a spare, and also i just ordered like 6 more triton tanks just because theyre not very expensive and it seems easier to just have like 6 tanks that you could switch out with different flavours onto the same battery whenever you want to switch it up.

You just need to allow the wicks enough time to air dry so they will soak up your juice to produce a satisfying vape. If the wicks are still damp, they won't soak up the juice and you will notice it. It depends on your environmental conditions.

You can help them along but patting the wicks with a paper towel after rinsing them. Air drying them overnight is usually the standard, but your mileage may vary.

I also picked up a few extra tanks, but not as many as you. Don't forget, these are not disposable, and all you have to do is pick up some extra coil heads to keep you tanks in rotation. A standard coil head lasts about a month for me, with usual Halo juices. Just FYI. The 5 pack of heads run about $15.

i use a paper towel to dry my wicks off and use them right away. no problems.

I followed this exactly and honestly this is more of like a real life scenario anyway, it did work perfectly. I watched the halo video for cleaning and it just looked ridiculous with boiling water and all kinds of deep cleaning but i dont really have that much time between school and work. Thanks for the tip.

I envy your freshness to the sport. You have a lot of fun ahead. Never get too frustrated, and always be willing to experiment, & you'll go a long way with your new pastime. I think you got it arround the time you disregarded some of the halo video and went off to try cleaning your own way. The beauty is it's all new... norms are still forming. Cheers to new vapers!

I also used paper towels to dry the wicks after cleaning my clearomizers. As long as everything is dried off real well, the wicks have been wiped with paper towel, and you have given a couple good blows down the center, you should have no problems. I cleaned my friends HALO Triton like this and he almost fell over with disbelief. Main thing that always needs to be clean and dry is the battery connection sights.
