Question about Joye 510 PCC

I just received the Joye 510 Personal Charging Case today from Vapor King. My joye 510 battery does not fit, its too long. I can't understand why - my e-cigarette is an authentic joye 510, can anyone tell me why the battery would be too long to fit in this case? I put it in there and when I push down the charging light comes on, however, the top won't close and as soon as I stop pushing down on it charging stops.

It's frustrating...didn't want to have to return something.

Anyone else have this happen?

The Mega battery is longer than the standard, but they make a PCC or the Mega too. I'd suggest you call your supplier and see about exchanging it for one of those.

first, if you can not close the top shut, then you might have a mega, like reddeath said. however, my mega SLB batt is much longer, (an inch or more) not just alittle. also make sure that it isnt just simple error of not completely closing the top untill it 'clicks' shut. because on my pcc, the batt doesnt stay down, it automatically pops up when the lid is opened, springing up when you press the side button. and the batt light only flashes a few times when first plugged in, then goes off, the top (red) light on the front of the pcc is the one that lets you know your batt is charging, if that light doesnt come on, then I would suggest that you try a different battery, if you have another one? (most kits come with 2) this way you can determine if it is just that particular battery, or the pcc is defective? hope this helps?

I really like my m401 pcc. I received it last Friday from onlyecig.com. I am very pleased so far. are very comparable products with a very different vaping style required. Once you're used to one, you end up hitting the other the same way and fail to get a good drag.
