Question about kr808 usb charger

Just got my order today and plugged in a battery to the charger and plugged that into my usb 2.0 port and the blue light came on the charger but the light at the end of the battery did not flash to indicate it is charging. Is that right or is something not working correctly? The battery light flashes a couple time when i plug it into the pcc but not with the usb charger.

It has to be centered properly and as far in as it can to charge. The USB charger is a universal KR charger (it will charge D-2 batteries as well) so there are no threads for it to screw in for a secure fit. It's a bit finicky, but it works. Once that plastic-y stuff on the inside wears a little bit, it seems to charge easier.
