I really want to thank you for such quick service on my first order with you. There will be more.

Now for a quick question about the KR808D-1 manual batteries I received.

It has to do with charging them. I'm sure it's not a problem with the batteries since both of them do exactly the same thing.

• When I plug a battery into the charger (either the AC charger or USB charger) the charger's light will go red but the blue light on the end of the battery does not blink.
• After a couple of minutes the charger's light will change color (green for the AC charger, blue for the USB charger).
• After a couple more minutes the charger's light will go red again and the blue light on the end of the battery will blink like it should.
• From then on everything is normal and the battery takes a full charge.

Have you heard of this before?
