For most, if not all, of the flavors, it says it's offered as flavoring. Does this mean that you need to mix it yourself? Pardon me if this is a dumb question im pretty new to the e cig world.

Yes. You use the flavoring for DIY. It is zero nic.

there are both Flavorings, and 18mg offered for most items. The 18mg is premixed. The flavoring is not.

Yes. There are a couple of people that have said they do that.
