i just bought trustfire multifunctional charger -> link to charger
and i was wondering if i can charge my efest 18350 v2 safely? on the side theres 2 switches. 3.0v and 3.6v but these batteries are 3.7v -> what batteries look like

Hi Kuptastic - thanks for providing links to the pics - that helps.
Ok - you would use the 3.6 v setting for your lithium batteries - those Efests in your pic. If you use the 3.0 v setting it won't fully charge your batteries - that setting is designed for 3.0 volt batteries. Yours are 3.7 volt, so use the 3.6v setting on the charger.
Yes, you can charge an 18350 in that charger.
For general safety with any charger and batteries, I recommend you don't leave it unattended - and don't charge overnight. Also if you have a metal pan or dish, or one made of pyrex, sit the charger inside it. That's extra safety precautions.

More than one person in the Amazon reviews states they charge 18350 batteries, at least one mentions Efest by name. I don't know why the switch has 3.6V listed instead of 3.7, but that would be the setting to use.

When this charger dies or if it gives you trouble, I suggest something like this, http://www.amazon.com/Nitecore-i2-I.../B0096U26QQ/ref=pd_cp_p_1/189-2510010-3072414 , or an Xtar charger. The Nitecore also has a four bay model, the i4.

Let your batteries sit a while after charging and check the voltage with either a multimeter, or your APV if it has the ability to check battery voltage. 4.2 volts is the norm for freshly charged batteries.

kiwivap has some very important information also, safety is important.
