I wanna switch flavors but I wanna use the same head,can I just flush it with water to get the old flavor out?

Yes, that is how its done. Some people just empty the tank and pour the new flavor in.....the old flavor is gone within a couple of hits.

Depends on the flavor. If I vape it nearly dry, then refill, the other flavor is generally gone within a half to full tank. Though, some flavors with a menthol or mint in them can linger.
