Question about order information

Hi,
Let me start off by saying I love eastmall. I don't spend a lot of money but I do buy all my cartomizers and atomizers from eastmall for myself family and friends. What i'm wondering is why I don't receive order information in email form. My first order from eastmall I did but I no longer do. I was just wondering if there is something I can do to get the emails with information like when order was shipped and tracking information. My current order id is 6822 I expect that i'll receive this order sometime this week if it wasn't held up in customs. It's not a big deal just wondering if something is wrong. Thanks

thankyou so much for loving us, and for being a good and loyal customer.

we use a system that is 'sposed to give an automatic notification when an order is placed,
but sometimes if the page on paypal is clicked off to quickly-
it does not have time to register and so the auto note is not sent.

sometimes of course the system glitches,

and sometimes it just plain poooopy dont work -- hahahahahha

but I hope you will stay with us,
we try to give the best prices and good quality product for you all.
