I am new to vaping. This is just my second week so I don't have a lot to compare juices to. I ordered the sample pack from Pinkspot. I had seen some good reviews so gave it a try. It doesnt say if it is PG, VG or a a blend. Anyone know.

I tried 3 of them last night and they are all very blah. Not much flavor at all. Do they need to steep? I Spent $25 and am very disappointed so far. Anyone else experience this. Did I get a bad batch or what?

If you are new to vaping, you may be expecting too much flavor like I did. Maybe some people taste the juice a lot more than I do, but I had to decrease my expectations and I have tried about 50 different ones from quite a few different places. For me some have zero flavor, some have a little but very few have enough for me to really taste them.

I have tried 3 different PV and many attys and a few different cartos and it is still just not a very strong taste for me after 3 months.

I know everyone tastes things differently, and because a lot of these juice vendors hand mix flavor will vary batch to batch. Personally I love the Pink Spot juices I've tried and will order more. On the other hand there is a seemingly VERY popular juice out there named after a certain bounty hunter I thought tasted horrid and will never order again. That's what helps make the variety of juice so expansive.

So I am fairly new to vaping also, I have been using what many consider to be quality KR808 batteries and have found many of my juice to be flat. I recently purchased the COV Butterscotch that everyone raves about and was horribly disappointed. I have recently purchased my first mod and was able to taste the COV at 3.7 on a dual coil 1.6 cartomizer; let me say that the flavor is night and day. Everyone keeps saying that flavor is subjective and that are recouping from the smoke which may have some validity. I think that a huge portion of this change stems from the fact that our rigs change and evolve making our vaping experience evolve with it.

edit: I wanted to acknowledge COV Butterscotch now that I have a mod that shows what a good juice it really is.

I ordered Pink Spot a while ago, and didn't like it at all. Going back a month later and trying them again later, I was still not feeling it. Two weeks later I was pleasantly surprised. While the Orange Cream Soda was OK, and the Strawberry Cotton Candy was too light on flavor for me, the Pink Spot itself became one of my favorite juices, and the Bikini Martini sample they sent was very good too.

Steeping is important - the other important factor is HOW you are vaping these. When I tried these the second time, I was still new with a brand new variable voltage mod that for most other juices I was using at pretty high voltages with relatively low resistance atomizers (like 10 watts+). This gave the fruity flavor in the juices a nasty taste. When I finally started enjoying them, I tried them in standard resistance cartomizers on low voltage (3.3 - 3.7 volts) and they were delicious. I think these taste better out of a cartomizer than an atomizer as well. Since then, most of the fruity flavors go in a carto and I don't vape them too hot. Really opened up a new "world" for me, so to speak.

I still need to find out if Pink Spot works OK in a polycarbonate tank. I'd love to fill up one of my tanks with it. Anyone know for sure?

Pinkspot is an awesome vendor. Like others have said, try to steep the liquids for s few days and check on them. They change flavors sometimes. I love their juices myself. I am pretty sure they use a 50/50 ratio but they will custom mix your pg/vg if you want. If you still dont like them, contact Sandy or Penn at pinkspot and let them know. Their customer service is awesome.

You are greatly mistaken! Pinkspot has the strongest, most flavorful juice on the market. I'm sure it's because your new and you haven't yet had the terrible ones. Most people first try to mimick a real cigarette, vaping something like a Marlboro, Camel or Menthol taste. After getting used to vaping, acclimating to the experience, people then start to get curious of new flavors, usually still trying to spend as little as possible. Eventually you'll end up at a great place like Pinkspot, spending a tab more, but receiving the best flavor and bang for your buck. However, one thing that cannot be ruled out is if your vaping at a low voltage, cooler vape. Sometimes a little hotter, higher voltage, will give you more flavor. It's all a matter of preference. ;)

By that ay, all Pinkspot is 50/50 unless you special request, which I do every month when I get my order, ONLY from Pinkspot. I am a true believer in Pinkspot.

I only vape Pinkspot. I use it in my carts, my tank, my standard dcc's, you name it. My favorite is Andes Mint, vapes great at 3.4-3.7, but I also love to mix it with their 555, its awsome at 4.5 volts in my dct. Other favs are Chunky Monkey, Frozen Lime, and many more, all with tons of flavor, so much I tune it back sometimes with no flavor. They've got the best chocolate based flavors by far.

BTW, I order all my juice at 65PG-35VG, and buy SmokEtek pre Drilled dcc's.

I found their fruit flavors were ready right away, and so were their richest flavors, but the "creams" needed at least a week to sit before they were good.

I flind flavor's enhanced if I vape like smoking a cigar, holding the vapor your mouth and then exhaling through the nose. Also, as you've recently quit cigarettes, you'll find your sense of taste and smell intensify over time and any perfumy notes go away.

Psv has a proprietary blend and I've called and asked because before a tank I was vaping dcs with swagger and it gummed then up in 3 days and I was spending alot in cartos. I've switched to resurrectors with a dc notta tank and works fantastic I haven't ran across a juice that had cracked any of my tanks. You may want to slittle your cartos tho or if you simply call they wil make a thinner batch for you. Truly awsome gals and well worth the money. Hand written notes and always a f ree sample.
