Question about recharging batteries

What kind of battery? Li-Ions (mod batteries) don't have a 'memory' like NIMH (think rechargable AAs), so you can charge those whenever. But, keep in mind that batteries do have a life and X amount of charges, so the more you charge them the less longevity you will get from them.

I believe the same is true for the 510 stick batteries, as well as 808, 901 etc.

I don't think it is necessary to wait With the Li-Ion batteries. I strongly suspect that the battery is good for only so many milliwatt hours of use. The charging can be achieved either by long charging intervals or more numerous and smaller charging intervals. I do know that you don't want to get the batteries hot either while charging or while in use. Heat will definitely shorten the life of the battery.
