Do you take into account the evaporation rate of nicotine? Seems like my steeped juice had less punch, so I looked up the evaporation rate online. Low and behold they had the technical drawings of a an e-cig or something similar, that was used to measure the evaporation rate.

I honestly haven't ever noticed a single change from steeping. Everyone's opinion seems to vary on this subject.

Hmm, nicotine does not evaporate, but it might oxidize or degrade some other way. madvapes did a study on nic content over time in bottles stored in various ways. Have a look at it here. Nothing to worry about if you store your juice out of sunlight and heat.
It depends on the juice. I find some hardly change at all, but others are really different after three to six weeks. Tobacco really changes. Fruits not much. I make my juice now and generally mix small batches to use right away. When I was buying juice, I took steep time into account for some of them.
