Hey all. So like many of you, I've fallen in love with BCC's (specifically Kanger), but that means I ended up owning too many of them. ;) So this question is about the best way to store my extra Evods, etc. that are not currently being used.

Let's say I load up 4 Evods to carry with me while out and about one weekend, and then Monday comes around. Now I'm back to mainly using a Protank 2 and an Evod at home. So what is better for the longevity of the coils: should I make sure all the other Evods have a little juice in them, and just leave them be? Or (if they're empty) should I clean them and dry them?

Or, worded slightly better, is there any harm in storing used Evod coils dry, or should they be kept wet? I remember from using cartos forever that you should never let them dry out, but I know clearos are a different beast.

If you are not going to use them empty them, wash with warm water and allow them to air dry. They are fine sitting around with ejuice in them, but your coil may clog up. The Evoid really doesn't hold much ejuice so what I do if I'm not going to use it for a few days is empty and clean. Now it's ready for some new juice.

Wash and dry your coils is the answer you are looking for. In time you will learn how to do a dry burn to really clean your coils.

Thanks for the quick replies, guys. I'll dump the juice from my Evods into my Protank (it's the same juice), and clean the Evod heads today.

3 years later, and I'm still horrible at dry burning. Haha. I did try it again when I got my first Evod, and I must've fired it for too long because it gave the wick a permanent burnt taste. Had to replace the head.
