I've been toying around with the idea of getting a tank for the 510 I have coming when I get paid next week. I get the idea of them, but one question I had was, is the entire thing "disposable" or can you replace the cartomizers inside? If so, do they make cartomizers with the hole already in them so they suck up the tank liquid, or do you have to modify cartos you buy to do that? If you have to make your own modifications to the cartos, is there an easy way to do that?

Another similar question was I saw an interesting post on here yesterday on making your own tanks from a syringe, but failed to bookmark it and I can't find it again. I tried searching, but everything but that comes up. Does anyone know what the link to that thread is? I'm not ready to make them because I don't have some of the supplies just laying around like some might (ie: pipe cutter etc) but would like to eventually get it all, maybe, lol.

Thanks Sneaker-......

BigTime: Thanks BIG TIME, that last one is the one I saw yesterday, I bookmarked it now. I'll watch the others too. Thank you so much. (Cool on the MadVapes link, I saw the pre-punched cartos on there. I think that's the first time I saw any anywhere, but I may just not have known what I was looking at in other areas, sometimes it's confusing) LOL

tamip, If you are looking for a no hassle tank system, try smoktech DCT tank system: http://www.vaporbeast.com/Smok_Tech_Dual_Coil_Tank_p/a3.htmIt relatively inexpensive, and the carto's com pre-punched. This system uses dual coil carto's, so if you are getting a 280mah 510 pv it won't work.
Please tell me what "510" you are getting.

Thanks for the suggestion kidbeaster, but I'm broke until Tuesday, lmao. I'm cool with waiting an additional few days for the tank anyway, it will take me at least that long to get comfortable with the basic kgo, it's my first of that type. I've only been vapeing for a week, and have only had the KR808 Nebula (which I still love, it just doesn't have very long lasting batteries, and I've read so much about manual, and the benefits of that I really wanted to try it).

Personally I wouldnt get more Dual Coil cartos for replacements. I use that tank on my E-power and personally I think the dual coils just arnt that great. The tank does come with a 1.5ohm dual coil, but I took it out and didnt even use it. The E-Power and kGo are both 3.7V and the dual coils cut your battery life in almost half and produce a cooler vapor as well bc the 3.7Vs just dont give enough power to run the two coils that well.\
I use the Smoktech 3.5ml tank and its really nice. The bigger tanks look kinda awkward and are topheavy on E-Power/kGo size PVs, but the 3.5ml tank looks nice bc its about the same diameter as the battery tube.
Check out Crystal Clear Vaping. They sell the tanks, but also sell the Ressurector cartos. I use the Ressurectors in my tank and they are way better than the dual coil that come with the tank. You can get regular ones and punch your own, or CCV sells pre-punched Ressurectors to be used in the Smoktech tanks. They even have the metal base on them like the dual coil does that comes with the tank. You dont have to use a carto with that metal base, but it is kinda nice bc the base stops the tank from being able to slide down. I would def try them bc I think youll love them on your kGo.
CCV has good prices for the tanks and the Ressurectors, and they have free shipping which is always a plus too.
