NOOOOOOOOO, if you try and charge a 510 in an eGo charger it will fry it. You can charge an eGo with a 510 charger but it will take a very long time to charge.

Thanks guys. I like my ego but I like the size of the 510 and I'm thinking about getting a one so I can easily use the cartos I use on my ego with the 510
I have a little card that came with my Ego battery charger that states this:
"Attention: This kind of USB charger can't be used to charger JOYE510 batteries or it will destroy the batteries"
(their misuse of the 2nd 'charger', not mine)
Lucky you. They have this nasty habit of exploding and/or bursting into flame on occasion. Just because the hammer hasn't fallen on the loaded chamber yet doesn't mean you're not playing Russian Roulette.
Oh, and yes, you CAN charge an ego on a standard 510 charger. It requires an adapter, but it works... just takes twice as long.
Ego chargers push too many amps for a little 510 battery to take. It can overwhelm the protection circuit, and then *pop*...(sizzle)... or sometimes BANG.
