Question about the "nicstic"

Hey everyone. I just converted a friend to PVs but instead of following my advice and ordering online from a respected source he bought a "nicstic" from a local gas station. I did some searching but the only thread I found simply said "nicstic" had gone out of business. I looked at it earlier and the cart and atty looked just like the pictures I have seen of a 510.

Does anyone know if the 510 parts will work for him? He needs to order a new battery soon and I can't find parts for the "nicstic" anywhere.

SURE doesn't look like a 510 to me...

Looks like some weird proprietary hybrid thing, thus the reason they were not successful, and yes, went out of business.

That's weird, the device he has looks nothing like the pics in that link. It's black with thin gold band (like my 410). It has a long atomizer that screws into the battery but the atty bridge is down in a tube instead of exposed like on my 410; and the carts have the same basic design.

They look exactly like the one in this picture:

I've never seen a 510 in person so I don't know how they compare in size. However the stand he bought it from was clearly labelled "NicStic Starter Packs"

MUCHO WIERDO... That is a picture of a 510 cart... So it probably is a 510...

Makes your original question make more sense. Based on the given discription, I would buy a cpl 510 parts, and see if they fit.

Thanks, I don't want a bad purchase to turn him off from these. That picture is not of his particular cart but it's the exact same design.

I don't know what it is about people refusing to listen. He's the third friend I've had to decide to switch and I always try and break down the model's pros and cons and tell them about the suppliers on here with good reviews.

Then a few days later it's always "I watched this video that said this $150 model is much better and the three piece ones are crap" or "I found this at a gas station super cheap"

MANY people actually believe the PAID youtube reviews, and the "e-cigarette" review websites which are also paid.

Noe that bloggers and webmasters have to disclose income, it is interesting to see who is paying the people making the reviews.

The FACT is that a 510 is a great starter, and can be had from ecf vendors for $35, a $200 510 is the SAME THING that someone is charging more for. There are ONLY like 5-6 manufacturers of these things in the WHOLE WORLD.
