Hey everybody! Got a very simple, elementary, almost dumb question, I think... Ordered a Kanger Protank 3 a few days ago, and was wondering how well it works on a fixed-voltage eGo-style battery. I may have jumped the gun ordering it before I got a decent device to vape it on, but I can always set it aside until I get my mod in the next week or so, but if I can use it, I most certainly will! Any input will be appreciated!

They come with dual coils; they tend to pull more power;
depending on the coil it should be ok; they're usually intended to work at the standard voltage 3.7 volts, but your ego batt will run down faster than with single coils.

I have 2 Mini PT3 tanks.. They wotk fine on a EGO 110mah batt for a days worth of puffing.. Yes they could use a bit more power. Yes they work better after rewicking. Yes I find I prefer running a single coil in them. The dual coil is fine it just eats through a battery and juice faster than a equal ohm single coil with no apparent increase in vapor or flavor. The kangre single coil heads can be made to fit in the PT# with the use of 2 silicone caps or the DC head can be recoiled as a single coil or BVC.
