i just got 2 in the mail i did the check if fake comparisons they look real, i put them in a new efast luc 4 they started at 3.6v new they seem to not be going over 3.7v on 1A charging did they send me old batteries or is it suppose to be like that

Probly no good. Batts lose capacity over time or misuse, like discharging real low. Next time order from lightning vapes. Honestly id try to get my money back. I usually charge at 500mA then as it gets closer to4.2 the charger lowers the charge.
i figured out they are charging but, can you tell me did i ruin the battery, this happend when i was putting them in my sig http://i.imgur.com/NA1XdkT.jpg
I wouldn't. Just a couple of layers of transparent tape should do fine. Maybe nail polish covered with a layer of transparent tape if your clearance is close.
Sony VTC series batteries are notorious for having thin-skinned wrappers. No biggie really. Just put a little piece of tape over it.

I wouldn't use nail polish but that's just me, I would stick to tape. If you wanted a more permanent fix, Illumnation supplies sell pre-cut shrink wrap. Just peel off the old, put the new over it and use a hair drier to get the shrink wrap nice and tight.
Edit: When you put your batteries in the sigelei, try to keep them level rather than letting 1 side drop in before pushing the other one in. I have the 150 and I noticed it was hard to get the batteries in if 1 side was already in, so I backed it up and pushed both sides of the batteries in at the same time. Little indentation marks on the wrapper but no scratches.
