Yes, it is pretty ok! Not for TC, but "normal" modes.

Until 316/316L Wire came along, NiChrome 80 was all I Used. Now I kinda split time between the Two.

The Performance is what I'm looking for, Fast Ramp Up/Down. And I like the Taste of it Better than Kanthal(s).

BTW - In the beginning, all the Cart/Atty's, Cartos and Clearo used NiChrome(s). It's been around for a Long Time.
