Question about z atty pro

I just received my z atty pro 2.1 a couple days ago. Originally I couldn't get it to taste good but since the wick broke in the flavor has been very good. I watched the tutorial videos a bunch of times and when I'm messing with the hot coils after a few seconds a full on flame shoots up. I was noticing this doesn't happen in the video. This only happens when the caps off but I was wondering if I should worry about it or if its normal. Does this happen to anyone else?

yea it happens all the time, the hot coil is hot enough to actually light the juice. and usually happens with a wick that has already been in juice. you should be adjusting the coils with no juice in the tank.

in the video he is using a dry, never used wick so there is no juice to ignite.
