question aout RCA mods

I'm still gathering the parts to attempt a mod that involves RCA connection but I am curious about one thing (and this is probably more of a question for those who already made them). How do these types of mods affect, lets say, atomizer flooding? Is there a greater risk to damage the rca connector this way? And is it more difficult to clean the connection points as a result? I don't drip to begin with and my chances at such are minimal even with all the devices I currently have but wondering anyway.

what I am basically looking to do is put the RCA jack recessed into a box. The box would run 1 battery

The worse thing that can happen is that liquid will go into the RCA adapter connector but that will not cause it to stop working, in such case you can unscrew the cap on the RCA and clean the liquid off with a paper towel, screw it back on and its good to go. Another advantage with the RCAs is that there is no way for liquid to go in the battery compartment, no matter how much juice you put in your atty.
I drip, and i tend to over do it most times, and so far (2 months) never had to stop because of a connection problem.

Doesn't matter where you put the jack, the RCA adapter you will make for your atomizer does not allow any juice out so it will stay in itself if any.

What i mean is the jack has a hole in it, but the RCA connector does not, so no hole = no way for juice to go through.

Right, I figured that much with the input jack itself of course. Was wondering more about the functionality of the rca adaptor but you answered the question for me as well! Thanks much again.
