Hi, I've been hearing great things about VKs and although I'm pretty happy with my 402s I've decided to give these a shot.

I'm interested in ordering theVapor King Mini PCC kit.
It says it comes with "5 CARTOMIZERS OF YOUR CHOICE" and to note my choices at checkout- so my question is: is that all one flavor or can I mix and match?

Finding a juice I like is my biggest problem. Usually I either tolerate them or I absolutely hate them. So I'd love to sample your flavors because if I didn't like the flavor I picked.... at $12.50 per pack to reorder I'm afraid I'd probably write the whole thing off rather than ordering 5 different packs ($62.50)!
If it's not an option I think it would be a great thing to offer in the future for potential customers.

Also, I see that you only have green, white and black for the battery choices with this kit. Do these have the logos on them? I'm really wanting a platinum (when you have them in stock again) but I'm not sure if the one you offer is stainless steel or has logos on it.

I'd wish I could see labeled pictures before I buy. I can't tell much from the pic of all those batteries lined up on the site.

Any info would be great. Thanks!

I started with the MINI PCC kit....good place to start.

1. In the comments section of the order, ask Steve and Mark to mix and match your cartos and list which ones are preferred. They are well known around here to make ya happy!

2. The MANUAL batteries have the logos on them for the time being (but they do look kinda cool...took me a few days to get used to em, but people ask me about them all the time). They have two generic autos right now, BLACK and WHITE, with no logos on them. You can use whichever you want for your PCC KIT.

Manual and Auto batteries with one small V4L logo are on the way....so if you want to wait purely on aesthetics, than it won't be long.

Hope that helps to start.

I own an M401/402, and have tons of carts collecting dust since I got my first V4L order. Hope it's as good to you as it was to me.

Thanks for the info! That's just what I needed to know. I'll go ahead and order and ask for a mix & match.

I usually prefer the richer desert family of flavors which are apparently hard to get right in juice form.
Can't wait to try the Almond Joy, Chocolate and Caramel cartos. Also fond of minty flavors (which is weird because I don't really have a sweet tooth and I can't stand menthol analogs but none of that seems to apply to vaping).
I'd love to hear anyone's thoughts on the Chocolate in particular.

I guess I'm in the minority but I love auto batteries. I started with a manual 510 and getting an auto 401 was my turning point, it was when I had my first "ok, I LOooVE this" vaping moment. Looking forward to having more of those with the VK- I hear it's common :)

I don't mind the logos I suppose, they're just a bit too louis vuitton for this nerd. A single logo sounds rad, though I'd prefer a plain stainless (platinum?) or SS with a single logo.

Anyway, thanks again. Looking forward to joining the ranks!

I'd recommend the COOL carts. They are supposed to be menthols, but taste exactly like chocolate-mint cookies. No lie!

An awesome surprise.

:)

I am also a big AUTOMATIC battery fan, btw....so make sure when you get yours, line up the holes on the battery to the notches on the carts.

The chocolate is ok...not my favorite at the moment. However I've only had them for 2 days. I find sometimes with cartos that sometimes I revisit them down the road and end up liking them alot.

Yea ok, good luck. I did that and received 1 flavor, let us know how that works out for ya. My experience with this vendor has not been as wonderful as all the others here make it out to be.

On a lighter note: I think you will enjoy the KR808D-1/VK.

Sorry to hear that you had a bad experience Charged, that doesn't happen too often.

Birdy, I really like the caramel, don't have almond joy (yet), and the chocolate is good, tastes more like a really nice hot cocoa rather than a mile chocolate. Jen is the chocolate expert! I'm sure she'll chime in.

I agree with Bornagainst - ask for a mix, that's what I got too with my kit.

I don't think you are supposed to get to pick and choose which 5 cartos come with the kit. Just one flavor from what I understood when I ordered mine.

I can just see them trying to pack a ton of orders and having to stop and deal with different flavors per specifications in individual packs. Maybe sometimes they have time and sometimes they don't. That's a lot of extra work when someone is trying to pack orders and get them out quickly.

I've had nothing but great service from this company, each and every time. I've ordered probably 6 times from them since I started and can't even imagine getting poor service from them.

Don't know if I missed this or the item was updated but now I see that it says "CHOOSE 1 FLAVOR/STRENGTH OF CARTOMIZERS WITH THIS ONE!!!!"

le sigh.

But that does seem to imply that you have the option to mix them when ordering the other kits (?).
I think I'm going to hold off for a bit on buying as I'm almost over my vaping spending limit this month... and I don't want to get into buying a bunch of different 5packs of cartos or drop $70-$90 on a full kit without knowing if I'll even like it. :(

My 2¢ : I really think it would be a nice "Intro to 2 Piece Vaping" to offer a sampler kit like that: 1 auto batt, (and maybe a manual batt), 1 charger and a variety pack of 5 cartomizers.

Personally for me its all about flavor- I'm pretty solidly a dripper, mixing flavors on the fly and I guess I'm having a hard time imagining investing in such a drastic change without the option of trying different flavors right off the bat. Maybe that's just me though.

Anyway, thanks for the info everybody!

Sorry you haven't had a good experience, that is usually not the case but things do happen. I know with Mark out for surgery, things got a bit behind and Steve had to bring in extra helpers in his absence.

And while mixed flavors seem to be a good idea, and Steve really does try to accomodate when he can, I hope you realize how difficult it would be to do this with a rapidly growing business on an ongoing basis. For instance to hand pick different flavors one of each rather then in a pack would be a nightmare. He tends to throw a few extra flavors in with each order which is more then most vendors do, so try to pick a flavor or two that you think you will like and hopefully he will toss in a few samples of other flavors as well. At least that has been the experience of most of us here - and part of the reason we love getting our orders ;)

I'd love to hear anyone's thoughts on the Chocolate in particular.

I really like the chocolate. It's more along the lines of Nestle Hot Chocolate mix to my tastebuds, but still delicious. It's really fantastic to top off the carto with a touch of mint if you dig mint chocolate, or a touch of vanilla rounds out the flavor too.
