I'm looking for an stl for a 3D box for a Vamo board. I have one stl now but the wall thickness is too much to allow for using my 510 threads. Here are the threads I am using. $1.88 Replacement 510 Threaded Connector for E-Cig Box Mods - stainless steel / w/ 7cm wire at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping . What threaded connector are you folks using? Worse case scenario, I might try enlarging the hole and epoxy my 510 connector into the mod instead of using the nut, but I have never had epoxy hold for the life of a mod.

Looks like that is off Thingieverse, but a quick search there for vamo didn't come up with it. If you know whom designed it you could ask them what 510 it was designed for. Better yet, modify it yourself. There are several free 3D mesh and CAD programs out there that are capable. I use FreeCad to design my stuff. Import the STL, make it a solid, modify, make your modified solid a mesh and export. It will be a learning experience with time involved, but the upside is keep learning and before long you will design stuff the way you want it from scratch.

Thank you Alexander. The creator had posted that it was a quick design made up to use ego threads. I will do as you suggested and try to become a designer, but right now I have to concentrate on learning this machine. I had downloaded free cad as well as a couple other programs and playing with them now. We used to really enjoy trips to Springfield when we were stationed at Ft. Leonard Wood in the early 70s.
