Is the 1.7 carto that Rob sells the same as the Resurrector cartos that CCV sells--only with less volume?
Question for cartomizer users.

Robert is now selling the smok Tech 510 XL single coil 1.7 Cartomizer which I believe is the same as the Resurrector sold by CCV.

Rob sells the 510 1.7 Smoke Tech carto and the 1.7 XL Smoke Tech carto. Are they the same except for the added capacity of the XL?
I don't like the added length of the XL--its kind of obtrusive and serves no purpose on a bottom--feeder imo.

I am alternating between my new cisco 306 atty.....which I ADORE..... and I also ventured off the beaten path and got some Smoktech 1.7 dual coil cartos. I have tried the CCV Resurrectors and honestly found them less than appealing. I know that a lot of people love them, but I thought they were about as inconsistent as the Boge's have been lately. Some Resurrectors hit great, while others seemed weak and had poor vapor. And yes, that was before my "month of horrible vaping" that I just pulled out of! lol
Try the Resurrector "look alikes" from other vendors besides CCV. Their shipping seems to be slow these days and honestly I am much happier with the dual cartos. Of course, YMMV.

i just wanted to be one more person to say they are the same except ccv's have a higher capacity. ALSO, CCV is very busy right now and if you have to place an order it may take awhile before it ships. Also though, the resurrectors i've gotten lately have not been very good.
The resurrectors that I have been getting lately do not seem very consistent. They just do not seem to vape as well as my first ones. I might switch back to 306s. My draws seem to take a lot more time with this batch of resurrecters for me to get satisfaction.

I can tell you from experience Roger that I prefer the shorter version......
Especially from the lot that Rob has. The short ones he sent me were the best smok tech caro i've used.
So much better than "supposedly" the same item I got from madvapes ..... makes me wonder if madvapes even sent me the correct cartos ?????

Good to know. Good Prophets in an excellent vendor too. Resurrector is just CCV's name for the 1.7 XL by Smoktech.
I wish I had known that - I have 60 CCV cartos on the way *bangs head on brick wall, throws self in dirt*.
The last order of Resurectors, 30 steel and 30 black, ordered a couple of months ago, seem to be less consistent. Out of two boxes two of them each collapsed spring, one a Grand and the other a Woodvil, both the same week. In addition, one carto, from same boxes was dead and measured 0.0 ohm. I still like them a lot, though. I'm going to order some of the shorter Smoketech, from Rob, that are supposed to be the same carto but shorter.
I just need to sharpen my soldering skills to be able to replace the Wood springs if/when another ST carto shorts out. (probably when)
