Friends, if I smoke a pack - 2 packs per day and I start vaping full time instead... should I also have some 0mg cartridges? I was just thinking that it's possible I'll Vape more than I smoke and I was thinking that I should have probably bought some 0mg juice...

When a cartridge says 24mg's of nicotine, is that for the entire cartridge?
Should I get some 0mg juice?
Any thoughts?

Thanks,
LT

I would say yes. I've found that I vape way more often than I smoked, and have upset my stomach several times from vaping on 24mg juice for too long! It is good for killing my cravings, but I pick up my PV when I don't feel the need for nicotine...So, yeah. buying 0 nic juice for pacifying purposes is definitely a good idea, IMO.
Edit: I'm not a heavy or experienced user, was just giving my two cents. :p

If you were/are a 2pk a day smoker and are buying cartridges/cartomizers, I would go for 24mg and maybe 1 pkg of 36mg for stressful times maybe and 1 pkg of 18mg or 12's for evenings:) I started on 12mg and it wasn't enough to keep me from wanting to smoke. Everyone's different but this would be a decent starting place:) My nickel

Cartridge content is the miligrams of nicotine per 1 mililiter of juice (24mg per each 1 mililiter of e-liquid). If you were a heavy smoker like me (2 packs/day X 32 years) then I doubt there's any reason to have any 0mg nic juice laying around unless you are actually going to try and quit vaping eventually. If you're new, it may just sit on the shelf gathering dust for awhile. A cartridge may hold roughly 1/8th of a ml., maybe. Personally, at first, I was vaping 18mg juice and it didn't seem like it was getting the job done, I bumped myself up to 36mg (super high) and have been vaping that since June of last year. 0 mg nic juice is really nothing more than PG or VG, a drop or two of water and flavoring. You can just make your own 0 mg juice, instead of buying it.

Here and back
I agree with all the above, both pro and con of 0mg. I find my self using the e cig as a pacifier (good analogy Belletrist) and could probably use some 0mg or at least 6 or 12. I find I can vape more often than I could smoke so I tend to vape more than I smoked. I don't need to go outdoors now or "take a break", I can vape at my desk or kitchen or where ever, so I do.

I vape 36mg first thing weekday mornings, 24mg most other times and 12mg in the evenings. We try to keep the same vaping habits as we had smoking. We only smoked in the kitchen or den where the air filters were located. So no smoking/vaping in the offices, the livingroom, bedrooms or bathrooms (well I cheat a little sometimes). I do usually vape longer than it took to have an analog. For instance, I would usually smoke 2 analogs on the way to work and another 2 on the way home. It’s about a 20 minute commute and I had spots where I would light up. Now I vape with a PT all the way to work and all the way home. Not chain vape but pretty consistent. No 0mg for me at this point but I am considering going to 24/18/9ish at some point...
