Question for Madvapes

I purchased 2- 5 ml tanks and have a problem and question.I put in a request on your help desk a week or more ago and did not hear anything back.One of the tanks had the outer o ring split when I received it.Leaks through the carto.The question is one of the cartomizers has the round flange and the other has the two flat sides,they were on the same order.Why the difference?

The cartos tend to vary a bit by what connector with flange is available from various connector manufacturers. Initially Smok was going to make the connectors in kind of a round rectangle so that the carto and tank couldn't spin but them found it wasn't needed. as long as they could keep the tank from slipping off.

We see this sometimes when an email is typed incorrectly or if your email provider is blocking us. You can try and open a new ticket with a differnt email if possible.

You should definitely get an auto response back that will give you the ticket number. If you're not receiving those you probably won't receive replies either. You can try and email Paul directly: paul@madvapes.com but only use this if the ticket system doesn't work.

I opened a new ticket_This is what I wrote
"I submitted a ticket about a week ago and did not recieve a reply.Site foul up?or mine.One of the outer O ring on the 5 ml tank cap came busted.I know this is a miner problem but was just letting you know.What size is it and I will try to find one at the hardware.Normal rubber O ring?I cannot see wasting the shipping for this as it would cost more than the part.
I had also asked a question as to the two different cartomizers as one had the round flange and the other had two flat sides but this was answered on ecf.
