Hey Guys ...

Not a member of this forum, so I do apologize if I'm not allowed to post here! Just thought I may be able to get some guidance.

Anyways ... On to my question. We have quite a few Canadian customers, but for the past 18 months or so, we have refused to ship eliquid. Whenever its ordered, we refund it back immediately and notify the customer. I don't think we have had an issue shipping devices to Canada now in about 18 months, but what made us stop shipping liquid was a couple seizures over the span of about a month.

With that said ... How many of you guys order eliquid from the USA? And how is it shipped? Have any of you guys experienced seizures of your eliquids in the past several months?

We'd love to ship there, I've just been hesitant ....

Appreciate any & all feedback! Thanks guys and gals!

whether or not this suggestion is worth anything, if people are ordering 10 ml bottles... just put them in a ziplock bag and put that in a bubble wrap envelope. Its usually thin enough that it wont attract any attention... and dont fill out any forms, address and a few stamps is enough.

The problem with 30ml bottles is that they generally warrant them to be shipped in a box of some sort...

but I've had a lot of those 2"x10"x8" boxes come through customs without being opened ... (and some really big boxes with nic juice make it through., some of them were ridiculously large.) Sooooo,

I order quite frequently from the US, I've never had an order refused by customs, not sure why they would as nicotine is not illegal and juice ingredients are sold over the counter in Canada. That being said I have had orders that have never shown up, venders have told me that they have not been returned to them and I have not received notice from Customs or Canada post that they have been refused entry.

Most of the US venders that I purchase from use regular shipping ie signature not required, which is great, mail delivery person leaves it in my box. I find that stamps.com from the US is usually the most reliable. Most of my orders are three 30mls bottles, sometimes they come in a box other times in a bubbled envelope. Typically US shipping from the companies that I use is anywhere from 9 to 12$.

If you are thinking about shipping to Canada I suggest that you limit order size to 2-4 30ml bottles as shipping is reasonable at this amount. Nothing urks me more than US venders who charge 20$ for shipping when I order a couple of bottles.

Thanks for thinking about us Canadians, we love new venders!

No problem, thanks for responding! We use endicia, but when we ship devices to Canada, we usually just go to the Post Office and fill out everything manually.

Of the packages that got to you, how was the paperwork filled out. Meaning, what were they declared as? and did any of your packages get opened?

appreciate it DK!

Yep no problems here as of yet (knock on wood), ordered from half a dozen suppliers all over the states various stuff (including juice).

Good to hear ... I'm thinking we will start to do this slowly to see how it goes again :)

Vendors I order from usually declare packages as ***********. None of them has ever been opened.
Some vendors use USPS Priority Mail International Small Flat Rate Box, some use small bubbled envelope.
I'd def. like to try some of your juices. :vapor:

Edited... this whole thing is getting ridiculous.

A lot goof off online doing other things (when not playing online games, lol)..... You'd be surprised how little govt work gets done at times with some. I've certainly seen enough of it myself as a contractor in Fed & Municipal buildings.

So, YES.... I want a gov't job too dammit !!

Alot of the times it comes labeled as flavoring, gift and or electronics. I've never seen nicotine or e-juice used in the labeling. I've had multiple packages from China opened with no issues none from the US have been opened to my knowledge.
