Question regarding istick bending adapter

Hi guys, I was curious if anyone had ever tried to use the bending accessory on another mod such as ipv3 or 4, or any other box mod for that matter. I wouldn't buy an istick to use it because i have an ipv4 and i'm happy with it, but that adapter would keep dust from getting in my coil and drip tip while at work. Anyone have any luck?
