I just received my iStick 30 today. I'm sad to report that even with a spring loaded pin, the Aspire Atlantis does not sit flush on the top. Also, to me, the gap is significant. It looks awful. I'm so disappointed. I will be returning mine. I will not reward incompetence.
I received my Cloupor Mini yesterday. After about 50 draws, the display went dark and will not come back. I tried every button combination in the user guide and changed the battery. This BS QC from China is going to drive me back to analogs.

Hardly see where you have a case with the iStick. They never guaranteed it would Flush fit every tank did they? Jumping to the front of the line was your choice.Hmm.............
Maybe your pin is catching the center pin(biting) one of my Kayfun tanks does that on my IPV mini. A little work and it Flushes - All others Flush.
The Atlantis SHOULD FLUSH

As to the Cloupor - Hope they get you corrected. This is the first one I have heard of Dying, but likely not the last.

No, it was developed early in the release and was for Pocketing the mod easier. Reducing its footprint.
I have the atlantis snd the istick 30, and its as flush as it can be.. Dont know how to explain your situation... I was wondering if the buttons on the front of the new istick are as loose on other peoples as it is on mine....

The Atlantis sits flush on my 30W as well. *shrug* My fire button rattles same as the one on my 20W but it really doesn't bother me at all.
I really like the 30W iStick, even works great with the new Kanger sub tank I received yesterday.
Bought three of the 30W mods, they're great all-round mods you can stick in your shirt pocket if necessary.
If using just a nautilus mini, the battery lasts me a couple days.
Gotta love the price too....... great mod at a low price.

Just received my 30W, and not one of my tanks will sit flush, all about a millimeter too high, and ever so slightly crooked. For some reason, the 510 connection is too shallow for a flush connection. I have emailed the vendor, so we'll see...
I think there was a known issue with some units not allowing for a flush fit.
