All of your points are true and correct - right up until you make it my comparison - the OP used his buddy's provari for comparison. If the batteries aren't to blame, and the atomizer choice doesn't seem to make a difference (both yet to be determined) then the only remaining difference is in the device itself.

That's my point - the provari doesn't have variable wattage - so you can't compare exactly. He was vaping in watts. However my interest is in the fact that he has the issue when the battery goes to 3.8 volts. This isn't a common issue. That's why I pointed to the test results. And why I pointed out that your comparisons weren't answering the problem.
