I'm sure out of all the people we have on the forum that at least one person must own a gas station, drug store, cigar store, etc. Question is, have any of you thought about selling e-cigarettes in your establishment? I think it'd be a great idea that's not only profitable, but more importantly it can save lives.

Many store owners would like to do it. But how do you think they will accomplish this, when our already established suppliers have thousands of dollars tied up in shipments that have been seized by Customs. You can't sell something you can't get.

The proprietor of our local tobacco shop has done exactly that. He picked up a few starter kits from a wholesaler and displayed them in his shop. I bought one, and the others were purchased quickly thereafter. Encouraged, he ordered 100 kits from China, received them with no problem, then sold most of them to another wholesaler in the Los Angeles area at a slight markup. Now he's on his second hundred kits from China-- hoping to sell them in his shop and also on a website I set up for him. He's off to a slow start but is optimistic about the possibilities.

That's great. I wish him all the luck in the world. I would love to see local suppliers all over the country. I wonder how he's getting his orders through.
