I see that someone here got a thread deleted with the comment "Negative reviews belong in the Negative reviews Forum".
Yet, checking with that forum, I see:

The purpose this forum is to review the performance of suppliers. This includes things like:

Shipping speed
Return policy
Communication
- and the like.

This forum is now only for negative reviews (so long as ECF rules are adhered to).

It is not a place to review the performance of the hardware or refill liquid you have purchased.

So where would an appropriate place be for posting a negative review of an e-liquid, should I one day want to do that?

Put them right here. The deleted thread you saw was not an eliquid review but rather a rant about a vendor.

As lamarrk said, personal opinions on a product are fine

When we delete something as a "negative review" it's a complaint about a vendor and the vendor in question cannot address the complaint in that forum (and chances are they won't even stumble across the thread, anyway). When users post their vendor complaints in the Negative Supplier Reviews forum, the vendor will see it and is able to respond in there and try to resolve the issue. This process is to the benefit of both the customer and the vendor
