First, Welcome Aboard!
As far as the counters that you see in the signature lines, you won't be able to add one to your own until you have a minimum of 15 posts here in the forums. If you haven't already done so, read, read, read and read some more. Use the search feature and you'll find all the answers to all your questions and if not, ask away.
You'll find that the majority of members here have completetly stopped smoking analogs (regular
tobacco cigarettes) either immediately after getting their e-cig (I prefer to call them PV - Personal Vaporizer) or have continued to reduce their analog use dramatically. After 36+ years, I
instantly quit, putting my analogs in a drawer and haven't touched them since. There is a learning curve with PV's. Physically, you'll be getting the nicotine into your system which is most of what smoking cigs was all about, but a lot of it has to do with training your brain to accept vaping as an acceptable alternative that works for you.
PV's don't taste exactly like a real cig but they come close (to me anyway). I actually like the taste better and have already purchased/tried different flavors which I really like. I had absolutely
NO withdrawal symptoms whatsoever. Starting from day one, I sleep better, breathe better, feel much better, smokers cough is gone, my sense of taste and smell have gotten a
LOT better, I definately have more energy.
You'll find that a lot of people still use analogs for some time as they learn the vape and that's ok if that's what you need to do. But if you really want to quit analogs completely, you probably can do so a lot easier than you think with these e-cigs.
Good Luck!
