Hey everyone,
I've been vaping for a couple of months now, with a knock off ego battery 1100mah and the Kanger T3 clearomizers. I haven't been able to get over the awkward feeling of using it in public, I really don't know why. Does anyone know of any decent cig-a-like batteries that I could use on my smoke breaks during the day?

Also, I've had terrible luck with cartomizers. Just wondering if anyone has any suggestions on those aswell.

Thanks yall,
Tyler

i always use a cig-a-like in public and leave the ego at home or use it as a back up, because small batts don't last long. Perhaps your misfortune with cartomizers is tbecause of the coil placement on most brands. I use cartos almost exclusively in public and for an ego type 510 thread i only by kanger brand. You can get them cheap with free shipping from vapor beast. For my 808 threaded batt i use Kanger or Smokeless Image cartos.

the vapor zeus looks good, but if an ego is too big, that thing looks about the same size.

The general consensus seems to be a toss up between the smoov, the volt, and the eroll in terms of cigalikes. Our friend phil was recently impressed with the panda evolve kit, however.

I've personally never used any of the above mentioned devices, but maybe give you something to start with.

I like the halo G6 for a cig-a-like. Have you thought about stepping down to something like an Ego 650Mah twist with a cone, cartomizer, and matching drip tip. It would make for a very small and sleek setup not much bigger than a cig-a-like. If cartomizers are not an option consider one of the more elegant clearomizers?

Thank you! I had been wondering where to buy Kanger 510 horizontal coil cartos. Now I know!

And, I agree. If you want a cig-a-like. Kanger makes the best cartos whether 510 or 808.

I would recommend the eRoll for your particular situation. I started off with them because I wanted something analog looking that I could vape in public without drawing too much attention (I live in a country where the e-cig is outlawed).

I've since moved on to mechs and VV/VW devices for home and work but my eRoll still follows me everywhere I go.

You could be right. My thought was that it at least looked like a traditional cigar and might work for him. It's definitely performs better than any cig-a-like based on Phil's review.

I use Volts for out and about but I must admit it's hard to keep up with 808s vs 510s. Don't get me wrong, I love my Volts and SI cartos, but it might be easier if everything is compatible.
They make adapters for that. I drip on an 808 automatic, but I use 510 atomizers.

They have the erolls for like 45 at FastTech. Don't know if that's a good price I never owned one.
