Questions About Cig-A-Like Batteries

I have a couple of these Smoktech 510 280 mah Manual Battery XL and a couple of these Smoktech 510 180 mah Manual Battery (no codes or coupons) (smaller but same). I don't like the automatics, I've had them fire without drawing on them. And I have some of these little Nano guys AltSmoke.com | Nano Clearomizer - 510 Thread | Electronic Cigarette | Ecigs | to go with. I like them for out and about.

Hey everyone,
I've been vaping for a couple of months now, with a knock off ego battery 1100mah and the Kanger T3 clearomizers. I haven't been able to get over the awkward feeling of using it in public, I really don't know why. Does anyone know of any decent cig-a-like batteries that I could use on my smoke breaks during the day?

Also, I've had terrible luck with cartomizers. Just wondering if anyone has any suggestions on those aswell.
