I'm also having issues with the liquid coming though the mouthpiece . It doesn't do it Everytime just sometimes
Subtanks (that sort of design) do get a little liquid pooling in the drip tip. Pull out the drip tip, wipe around with a little tissue paper.

The kbox nano kit is a kbox 'mod' + a subtank nano 'tank'. The 0.5ohm coils are a good choice with the airflow on wide open for a lung inhale. I would use them around 16-28 watts (They can go much higher). The 1.5ohm are more suited to shutting down the airflow and work about 10-18 watts (They can't go much higher).
Sucking too hard or having minimal airflow worsens the juice in the drip tip problem.
Overall, they're nice little tanks. I have 3 and use the top-fill one the most. :)

I started with the Nano & used it for quite a while, although I upgraded to a Crown tank shortly after getting it because I didn't care for the flavor Kanger's coils produced (plus the fact that it couldn't be top-filled). When I DID use the tank that came with it, I liked the .50 coils & the air flow halfway open. Usually 30-40 watts. Now with the Crown, I like .25 coils, AFC half open & 60 watts.

Okay I was just wondering if I was doing it wrong lol . I didn't know if it was normal to get a little juice under the mouth piece . I do like the device but have been thinking about getting a new one I just don't know which one would be best for me . I just quit smoking cigarettes and started vaping instead . Right now I have the .5 coil and have my settings to 23w. I did have it on 35w but was told that might be too high ? I'm trying to get it all figured out . My airflow is all the Way open . Another question , can any tank go on the Kbox ? Like maybe a bigger one ?

Sure! No problem with that at all. The next size up is 22mm (diameter) tanks. Nano is 18mm (or 19).
35 watts is pretty high, but us experienced vapers just don't like the kids making clouds.
I'm fairly sure I'm sat here with a Nano at 24 watts myself. Higher than my normal.

Would any tank fit on it or just kanger tech brand ? And is there tanks that are better than others ? And I was doing 35w because the guy at the vape store said that's what I should do but it spit a lot of juice at 35

Yeah, when I got the Crown tank it was a little bigger round than the end of the Nano, but it worked real good.
Since then I've graduated to a 200 watt Kanger mod, but that Nano always worked just fine, for a one-battery setup that is.
Yea I like the nano because it's so small but I think I want a bigger tank . And I didn't know I certain tanks were more like how a cigarette hits or what

Sorry, I should have made it clear - It does not need to be a Kanger tank.
I use Kanger tanks but not Kanger mods. You could use Joyetech or Aspire or Eleaf... everything fits.... just watch for the width of the tank. Most are 22mm.
Ask if unsure.

Okay awesome . I'm going to look into getting a different tank . Also is there one that is better for hitting it harder ?
There certainly is! :)
If you call 'harder' lots of vapour/clouds, then the world is your Oyster... that is where Vaping is at the moment. It's not like smoking... it's different.

For me 'harder' is increasing Nicotine and throat hit (if possible). I find all this new high power, high VG vaping fairly pointless. It's like sitting in a sauna, not smoking.

What strength liquid do you have?
So far, are you drawing/breathing into your mouth first or directly into your lungs?
