A couple weeks into vaping and I'm really enjoying it. Right now I have two evods and 2 mini pro tank and a couple ego batteries. (for me and my girlfriend)

I need something that lasts longer than the 800?mah ego c twist I have for use at home while chain vaping. I want a diy box mod with vv. I've found a lot of good tutorials and I'm quite mechanically and electrically inclined and I work in a custom fabrication shop and I'm wondering if there are any tutorials with step by step of a vv mod with a battery that will last for about 6 hours of vaping without dieing with one of the current tanks.

Can someone point me In the right direction?

Ok imo. You can do this with your skills...
get an sx-350 chip and a sony vtc5 battery a case switch and a 510 connector around $100.
You cant do any better than this chip.
you can find it on ebay or varitube
you can vape for days with your tanks and when your ready to get into rba's you will have the power to do it. It is an investment but it is an investment in you. Anything is worth it if it keeps you off the stinkies!

What I would like to do is take the Vamo V5 and wire two 18650s to it. I want to smoke around 10w (Using a mini pt2. 1.6 ohm coil. Although I had some significant issues recently) So just wire the batteries into this pcb? I think Ill buy a separate charger for everything too. I'm going to keep looking around but for what I'm wanting to do this seems fine. What I want to do is be able to get home and throw my 1.6ohm mini pt2 on this and vape away all day, and when it's dead pop the batteries out and throw them on the charger when i go to bed and take them off when I get up so they're ready when I get home. I want vv/vw for later use though, when I start getting new toppers.

Thanks everyone! Very helpful.

With 2 18650's you could probably vape for days. Wired in parallel I assume...

If your vaping is only going to be in the 10W - even up to 15W range - there is no point in putting yourself through the technical headaches (and size factor) of wiring two 18650's. I would suggest the VAMO board as well for an easy first time build.
