I've been looking through some of the threads and have some questions about the njoy Pro system I just got. They are:
- I've seen some references to using e-liquid to refill cartridges myself. Is there a particular one I should use, or is it personal preference? I'd like something that tastes close to the brand I smoke - Newport.
- I am having trouble with the glycol carrier. The vapor tastes like I'm smoking a cig dipped in anti-freeze (sweet chemical taste), which is making it hard to transition. Do any of the other liquids use a different carrier? I don't really care if there is much visible smoke.
- The njoy draws too easy. I'm used to pulling more, so I'm having a little trouble getting comfortable with using it. Can I plug some of the holes a bit, or will that damage the atomizer?
- I'm using the 'high' cartreges, as the NJOY FAQ seemed to indicate that would give me the same nicotene dose that I'm getting from my usual brand. Yet it seems I'm getting too much nicotene - the first day I used it, I got dizzy and had a bit of a headache. It seems to have calmed down some, but I still seem to be getting a whole ciggaret's worth in a couple of puffs. I can feel the 'bite' of the nicotene in my mouth and throat a lot more with the NJOY than with the regular smokes I use.
