Questions about recent received order

Hello, on my first purchase from your site I ordered 4x Vision LR eGo clearomizers and a Vivi Nova tank. Also, it was my first time ever purchasing these products, so I had a couple of quick questions about them.

1) I noticed that all of the Vision clearomizers had a little bit of moisture inside the tank, is this normal? Do they always come this way?
2) The Vivi Nova tank came with two replacement atomizers that were sitting in a sleeve or the rubber top that 510 cartos are topped with, is this how they always come packaged?

Yes that is the factory packaging for the nova. That is how they are all packed from vision. The clearomizer was probably excess primer from the coil. As you could see when you received they were completely sealed.
