Yea, because it's thicker.

ok, bigger, thicker...

and they all fit each other

meaning metal part of the coils are the same

and you can switch the silicone around at will

I should have my new ones in a few hours, hopefully with weather

then I will test with some of the FEW older similar coils I have around...

The single and double coils will fit both the glass V-Fate and the plastic vivi novas for both the 3.5ml and 2.0ml.

This seems to be their whole line in the link below. If you go to the bottom of the page and click on the heads it will open a page that tells you all of the vivis and tanks that the heads will fit.

ok so I got my (4) vivi novas monday (9th) {2 big/2 mini}
the coils are as per new style ones (no metal cone tip)
I don't have any old coils or vivi novas to compare against...

though they are 'store branded', description claimed Vision as
their manufacturer, but no markings at all would suggest that ?

they all are great quality by sight and work extremely well...

the aluminium tanks are a nice touch and make them about bullet proof - ☺
they are smaller than I expected, and the aluminium make them VERY light
vs the weight of glass but still impervious to the chemical effect with the
bonus of being unbreakable...

I knew when I first seen the 'nova' design about 4-5 months ago that it was
a slick engineering design, sorry it took me this long to try...

very happy with them so far, now to just see if they last

that's good to hear

I am generally very easy on my equipment and with
some better choices with juice selection my coils/wicks
almost require no cleaning anymore (hot water rinse)

one of the selling points for me with the nova style
tank system is how simple the coils are to rebuild (easy & cheap)

- - - -

got a new system to store coils that has been working for me :

got one of those cheap "pill" containers (long skinny like a hot dog)
and has the days on it (S-M-T-W-Th-F-Sa)

I just take a coil out of the base, lightly squeeze/dab the excess juice off of it
and throw it in one of the little pill compartments...
piece of blue tape labels it - (2.4Ω caramel) - then install the one
next to it labeled - (1.8Ω strawberry) or next one - (2.8Ω 555 tobacco)

it is a great way to change coil ohms or flavors,
and then with the simplicity of the nova tanks (fast rinse and dry) it works qwik & efficient

:)
