I have a doubt regarding the sale of PVs and Juices:
Here in Brazil is prohibited marketing ,but not consumption or use in public.
Very hard to find someone with a PV .. .. walking down the street or something.
How is the marketing of PVs and juices in the countries you?
is fully released, or have any restrictions?
One can easily buy from stores normally, or only online?

è just a doubt.
if I posted in the wrong place, I will redirect me to moderation.
sorry, but my English is poor and use the google translator.

So far, in the US there are no restrictions, you can buy from a store that carries the gear or online, both juice and hardware. You can also buy nicotine, flavorings, PG and VG to make your own juice if you prefer.

The FDA so far has not come forth with any regulations, the separate states all have anti smoking groups pushing very hard to ban PV use where smoking is not permitted, and are getting more and more bans in place even outside for smokers of tobacco cigarettes.

No one knows for sure what the FDA will come up with. They lie a lot in print and on the net.

The situation in Australia is similar to Brazil. We can buy online, but there can be no advertising of any tobacco-related products. Even at the supermarket and petrol stations the cigarette shelves must be covered.

I can buy e-juice freely, but if I want nicotine it has to be imported and added. So this limits the use to people who are dedicated to smoking. It's not so inconvenient for me, but stops impulse buyers from trying it. Maybe not so bad.

My only concern is that someone who is not very smart could mix the wrong quantity and hurt themselves by accident. If the nicotine is already mixed by professionals then this possible error is reduced.

It is hard to make an error- for instance, you can buy nicotine already diluted to 3.6% and then dilute it further. Even at 3.6% (36mg/ml), you cannot harm yourself. Your body will tell you if you get to much and you won't feel well and will stop vaping. There are many vendors who sell nicotine diluted with VG or PG or both who can send it to your country on the web.

thanks for answers
Here in Brazil there is a call ANVISA supervision, responsible for the ban and legalization of drugs and medicines.
this organ is very Corrupt government and they are very strict with the arrival of juices, by mail (postal service) which is also a very bad service.
Joining these factors is very complicated, because sometimes it takes more than 2 months to receive a purchase made through the Internet from other countries.
Here in Brazil have to be very patient.
Still there are many users of e-cig.

I did qualify that by saying "someone who isn't very smart." There was a case a few days ago where a guy had obtained 100% pure nic and was asking for advice. Eeeeek.

I use a 10% dilution from RTS Vapes but I could see people making occasional errors with that if they didn't take chemistry at school.
