Less, or more, depending on how much you're using now. You'll find there's a "sweet spot" between "too little" and "too much." You'll want enough that the cotton contacts the coil all around and doesn't leave any dry pockets to create "hot spots" on the coil, but at the same time you don't want to use so much that it chokes itself off and can't deliver enough juice, fast enough, and you end up charring a too-dry wick. Cotton expands when wet so err a little on the side of looseness, lest you might find out that what was once a perfect wick when it was first placed, is now too tight once it's been juiced up for a little bit.
