Questions re Health e-cigarette

Okay, so I ordered the Health e-cigarette from Amazon (long story, but amounts to a combination of having a gift cert for only $25, not having found the forums yet, and wanting to start quitting quickly).

I understand that these are basically "throw away" PVs, so I'm not expecting too much and am planning on ordering a 510 as soon as I get money.

My questions:

1) I read elsewhere on the forums that this is basically a 401 with slight differences. Can I replace any of the parts on this one with 401 parts?

2) Does anyone know if the refill package contains nicotine? I know it comes no-nic but have ordered the 10-cart refill pack so I can hopefully use this until I get the 510, but if the refills are no-nic I'm going to have to find the money to get some juice before I order the 510.

Thanks in advance for any help, I've been doing a lot of reading here and have to say this is a great forum and has just about the nicest and most helpful members of any forum I've been on!

I know people will think I'm insane, but, I have an e Health and I like it. No problems with it. I have heard the same as you about the 401 parts, but I haven't tried it. Whether the refills have nic or not depends on who you ordered from and whether you asked (begged) for whatever level of nic you wanted. One thing about them. When I went to refill I found the wick was just too skimpy to hold much fluid and stuffed that puppy full up as I could with poly fil and it works like I charm. Now having said all of this, it will up and die tomorrow!!! lol Btw, you might want to get some flavoring regardless, because these don't taste, well, yummy, to be extremly nice. My refills tasted worse than what came with the set, too.

Thanks, I'm glad to find someone who's had a good experience with it! I'm really hoping the carts have nic, because I can't afford the juice right now. Although, my arrival date was anywhere from the 10th to the 27th (from China, and he doesn't give a shipping number or anything, just know it's airmail). So while I'm impatiently waiting I'm checking out some of the others and also the various supplies I want. I think I'm hooked and I haven't even taken my first puff yet!

I was right there with 'ya! No worries, my experience has been the 10-14 days that most suggest. Here's to hoping you have good luck too!

I bought 10 of those things when I first started vaping. Surprisingly all of them came in working good. I thought, for the price, I'd learn on them, and then use em for emergency back-ups. Totally interchangeable with the M401's. The cart's sort of suck. They have a foil seal on them that's a pain in the ..... Push the inner sleeve out with a paper clip, and remove the foil, and plastic seals. They can be refilled. You'll go with another brand soon, but you'll have a good little back-up, if you run out of supplies.

Thanks for the info. Good to know that the parts are interchangeable, opens up more places to buy from. And I'll take your advice about how to deal with the carts. Don't plan on using it long, only until I can afford a 510, then it will be a backup.
