Could anyone tell me if this helps one fall asleep?

How long before going to bed should I start vaping this?

I am thinking about the 12mg one. I have been having a really hard time falling asleep. I know there was a thread here somewhere that talks about perhaps vaping being the cause, but since they discovered some medical problems of mine in the last few months, so I don't know if my inability to fall asleep (I toss and turn for hours sometimes, but ones asleep I am out cold) is related to vaping or not.

I am desperate to find something to help me fall asleep. (Any other natural methods etc would be welcomed also).

Thanks

I've tried the sleepy time green tea for a few days. The one thing I noticed is that I yawn on the nites that I vaped on this. Typically, I never yawn at nite. But on those nites, man I'm yawning left and right... Does it help me sleep better? I don't know. I do remember waking up feeling more relaxed. I'm not sure what that really means, if anything...

IIRC, Drew mentioned that he puts Melatonin in the brew. Do your own research on Melatonin.. but I will tell you, as a parent the stuff is a Godsend! I can't believe it doesn't come in the package the hospital sends home with the kid!

In short, it is a substance that the body makes naturally.. and it's what starts the "time to fall asleep" process. But the great thing about it is that it has a really short "half life". It gets out of the system really quick and therefore doesn't create any drowsiness later the next day, or even in the morning. But anyway.. I ramble.

My wife vapes the Sleepy Time as the last thing she does every evening.... while she is in bed. And almost without fail, within 30 minutes, it's "lights out". Doesn't matter what kind of "mood" I'm in... ;-)

Highly recommended!

Helps me, there are several things added on top of the lung juice to assist with sleeping. Just don't overdo it. The first night I got it, it was pretty much all I vaped. I chain vaped for like 3 hours. I slept through the night,(I usually get up to pee around 3am like clockwork) But I was so tired in the morning! In moderation, it is wonderful.

If you are looking for help in falling asleep, don't confuse the 12 mg Greeen Tea Lung Juice with the 8 mg Sleepy Time Green Tea.

From Nhaler's own post:
Sleepy Time Green Tea In 8 Mg...This is not to be mistaken for a Delicous Vape...This has Valerian Root in it which is Not a pleasent taste( I masked It as best I could) But it is very effective..Also has Melotonin, and Damianna in it.

As for other things to help falling asleep, are there any activies where you get drowsy such as games, watching TV, listening to music etc? You can try these or thinking about them to assist fallng asleep.

Thank you everyone for your posts! I helps me to decide for sure!

Thank you also to rjp44 for pointing out the difference and the additional info about the taste. Instead of 30ml I will havee to try the Sampler size instead, so if it does not help or I can not handle the taste, I did not waste the money for a large size.

As far as getting sleepy activities, I always read in bed and it used to make me drowsy and it was easy to fall asleep within minutes, but that, sadly, no longer works. I get sleepy as before, but then once I turn out the lights and try to fall asleep I, as I lay there, I become wide awake again. It is really bad, but I do not want to start taking sleeping pills to finally be able to fall asleep.

how much do you have to vape before its "too much" I was planning on ordering a 30ml bottle soon to help myself finally get some sleep to.

I have a 30 min car ride home from work so I was going to switch and vape that instead of my normal since I figured by the time I got home I would be able to shower, and pass out.

I haven't found the exact line for too much. I just know three hours chain vaping is too much. It's not that it made me unable to even stay awake, but I felt exhausted in the AM. Everyone is different, but if it's anything like other substances you inhale, it takes less than 5 seconds to enter the blood stream, and that blood cell takes 60 seconds to travel through the body and back to the lungs. Best to see how it works for you and then decide if you want to drive and vape it. When I do, I usually vape it for the 15-30 minutes before I go to sleep, when I'm already in bed. (It's so nice to be able to vape in bed and not worry about burning the house down)

I've been drinking SleepyTime tea every night before bed for years to help me sleep (I've had insomnia off and on for quite a while). So, when I saw that Drew had the SleepyTime juice, I ordered it. I vape it for about two hours before bed and it does help, but for the times it doesn't, I take one Benadryl which ALWAYS works for me. I've been through the gamut of sleep medications over the years but didn't like to have to take them, so when I discovered that Benadryl works really well, that's what I use now when I really can't sleep. I think it's much safer to use than benzodiazepines like Xanax, Valium, etc.
