Day 10 of quitting cigs: Not being able to sleep more than 4-5 hours???

GUYS!!! PICK UP SOME MELATONIN! Usually for Jet lag, Its a natural hormone, so it is ok to use. Pop a cap before bed, Under your toungue, and let it disolve, or swallow it. you should sleep through the night, if you wake up though, take 1 more, and that will get you through the rest of the night. Thats what I used.
Can pick it up for like 5$ for 60 or something

can't use melatonin because I drink pretty much every night
