I have had some questions eating at me that have probably been asked a million times. Please let me know if this is a redundant thread.

I am putting these questions here because I am a REO user and want your feedback?

So here I go! Your answers would be greatly appreciated.

What type of REO and atty do you use the most?
At this time I only own a Woodvill Cocobolo and a RM2. If I was able to vape more I would definitely get another REO.

How much and where do/can you vape daily?
I vape for about one hour in the morning then on my drive to work. I cannot vape at work or in the house. Then about an hour in the evening including my drive home and on the back deck while the weather is still nice.

Do you vape with another person/people?
I vape alone, all by myself. The only other person I know that vapes is my mother and she started at zero nic and does it for fun and loves it. I think mostly to annoy my Dad! She is in her 70's but always the hipster.

What mg nicotine juice do you use and if you care to share what is your favorite flavor?
I am still at 24mg and do not have much desire to lower that due to my lack of vaping time. My flavor preferences change like the weather here in Washington state. Always something different. I do not like super sweet flavors though. My favorite at the moment is a flavor called neutral.

REO Grands one LP/SL and one standard with RM2s at the moment.
Maybe 6ml a day at home mostly, I am retired. I vape alone mostly my son and grandson are getting into it slowly.
Been at 18mg but working down to 12 with the REOs. Always seem to have a tank of Banana Nut Bread as my favorite along with 4 or 5 other flavors.

----- I started with 18mg and still am there I go through about 6ml per day, wife about 3ml. I vape tobacco flavors and am more in to flavor and mass thought hit. My go to juice is Havana gold and Dun-Hill which I DYI. Wife dose 12mg but likes a sweeter tobacco like Cherry Cigar (DYI)

I vape on grands pretty much exclusively these days. Mini's are great, but the grand just covers more ground (and I have big truckasaurus hands).

Woodies, I use for special occasions (after a dinner party at the house, weekend morning after a big deadline at work, apres "working out" with the wife, and the like).

As for atties, I'm diggin' the RM3's on the grands. I'm a mouth2lung inhaler and loved the RM2's silky smoothness. The RM3 gets me that with the ooomph of dual coils (at net .5 ohms). Mini's would still get the RM2's with a nice .8 ohm micro and either JPN cotton or RxW. All are great with what I would consider an ADV kind of juice - melon, lemon, or the occasional RY4. To each his/her own.

The woodies get a single .9 ohm micro with JPN cotton in a RM2 and a more exotic juice like absinthe or Goodies (candied licorice).

As for vape buddies, I have my wife, a couple of good friends, and about 20 workmates (all of whom have switched in the last year and they do, indeed, call me papa). Vaping is actually more social than smoking ever was for me.

edit: Oh, and I vape 6 mg on the duals, 12 on the single coils - all of it for as long as I'm awake (outside at work, tho).

I usually don't get to vape with others. I guess I do at the B&M.

I'm now down to 6mg in rba/rda/rta. Using 12mg in aerotanks. Started at 18mg and am still finishing some up. Favorite is NT Strawnilla.

My purple LP Grand and my RM2. .24 gauge Kanthal, macro coil at .5-.8. Best build for heat/flavour I've found.

From the moment I wake up till I go to bed my reo is in my hand. I vape in my room mostly and anywhere else. If I'm at work I make an excuse to go on a trash run and vape down at the dumpster.

Do you vape with another person/people?


I don't know many people that vape so yeah... Alone

My favourite juice is a DIY mixture of

TFA double chocolate clear 14%
TFA French vanilla 2%
VaPe Wizard 1.5%
Max VG
Nicotine 9-12%

1. I use Grands for the most part because that's what I have the most of. 3 standard Grands, 1 factory LP, 1 Modded LP, 1 fused Grand, 1 Mini, 2 VV Grands 1 VV Woodvil and 3 Woodvils. Atomizers usually RM2's, I have Cyclones, Patriot, Trident, Igo BF, RM3, Era.
2. I vape at home and at work, I do have to go outside at work.
3. I have a vape buddy at work and my son and his wife vape too. My GF doesn't vape I want her to quit the analogs but she must do it at her pace and I'm not going to push her. I'll help her when she's ready.
4. I use 12 mg nic my favorite juice is Gorilla Juice (not the AVE kind)

2 reg grands 1 lp grand and a 14500 mini wood all topped with rm2's.

I pretty much vape when/where I want to keeping in mind the "their house their rules" principle. I am respectful of others in enclosed spaces and make sure I'm not irritating them same as I did when I smoked.

I am the only vaper in the house DH never smoked. I have 1 adult child that vapes as well as a few non family folks that I see occasionally.

Juice is 6mg and I go through 6-8 mls a day. Flavors are apple fritter, nerds, peppermint, peanut butter cookie, and absinthe.

What type of REO and atty do you use the most?

VV Grand with an RM2, mini with an RM3 and a TRA LP Grand with a cyclone. I like a tight draw on my atties and all three of these fit the bill, so I use which ever mod/atty combo strikes my fancy at any given time of day. I have an Odin that is being packaged for shipping to be modded for bf, I absolutely cannot wait to try this bad boy out!


How much and where do/can you vape daily?

I vape anywhere between 6-9 mls a day and I mostly vape at home during the day when the kids are in school or in my car when I'm alone. I have a split shift kind of job so I'm home for several hours during the day on weekdays. On the weekends I don't get to vape as much because I don't vape in front of my kids. I usually end up hanging out in the laundry room quite a bit on the weekends!

Do you vape with another person/people?

I vape alone. I do have a co-worker that vapes but we only vape in our cars at work before or after our shifts.

What mg nicotine juice do you use and if you care to share what is your favorite flavor?

I use 12mg nic but have been using some that are 6mg if the flavor is strong enough. I have several fruity vapes I like made by Adam Bomb and just recently tried Custards Last Stand, Peanut Butter Cookie and Crème Brulee from Nicoticket and really like them all. I also DIY and make a green apple pie that curls my toes, in a good way!

I have 4 standard grands and a 14500 mini...3 grands with rm2s and 1 with an era hornet. I prefer the rm2s but wishing I had an lp grand with an Odin.

Maybe one day I'll get one.
I vape all day and night. At home in bed, in the bathroom, in my car, in my office...in stores, restaurants, Starbucks...EVERYWHERE ALL THE TIME

I wrap single of micro coils with 27 ga kanthal at .8 ohms and go through 10-12ml a day.

Wife Vapes too and so does my oldest son. Wife has a clouper dna30 with a Russian, son has a smok zmax with a protank.

I have a bunch of other mods...2 provaris with Russians, an Ipv2 with either an extended Russian (hold ) or a mephisto, a 7-22 with a 26650 kayfun...and a bunch of mechanical mods that do not get much action... I just can't see selling anything.

I still like it to use the regulated mods from time to time, but everything is secondary to my Grands

For juice, I did my own and am at 6mg for all devices... 60\40 ratio. Been stuck on fruity flavors forever...my favorites are PCP (peach, cantaloupe, and pear), ... (lychee strawberry dragonfruit) and WASP ( watermelon strawberry coconut)

I'm no good at making names for my flavors...lol

Now down to 3mg - Hubby and I have been DIY but it's just not satisfying for me. He is 50/50 3mg unflavored (sometimes adding a few drops of Stevia to sweeten). I am going to try some organic liquids soon. I think I have developed an intolerance to PG so trying an Organic VG vendor juice.

Preferances I'm leaning to for each (in these orders):
Reo's... Woodvil 18650; original VV Grand; SL Grand; Mini.
I only have 4 attys so far, and all but the first one listed came with the Reo's... Vicious Ant Cyclone 7/64 air hole; 2 RM2's a 5/64 & stock air hole, IGO-S 5/64 air hole.

Retired since 1990 - divorced since 2002, so I can and do vape pretty much 24/7/365 (I don't sleep much). Living in the Capital of Sin I can vape just about any place I want to any time I want to (even my doctors clinic/office).

If I bother with nic at all in either premade or my DIY it would be what I started with, 6mg.
I rotate a h-ll of a lot of jooses all the time, 10-20 a day sometimes... mostly drink/beverage (esp coffee, tea, liquor), unflavored tobacco, some desserts that are not too sweet, not bakery or candy. For the most part I can't gag down fruit vapes, but have found a very few I can. My diet is mostly raw fruits and veggies, I love all fruits but I can't vape them for some reason.

2 REO Grands. One regular and a LP one. I currently have the RM2 on both of them. I received a Odin atty in the mail and am looking forward to building dual coils and using it on my LP REO. I have assembled all the hardware to start cranking out coils with the "gizmo" jewelry winder.

I vape somewhere between 3 and 6ml of juice a day. I haven't run into vaping issues at any of the places I go to. I vape in the office at my desk. I don't carry it around with me at work, nor do I vape in other peoples space. I vape at home and at the AA meetings I attend. Lots of those folks vape but smoke analogs to. It's a non smoking group but you can vape at it. Most of my friends there don't know what a mech mod is.

I tend to vape alone for the most part. I don't really get out much. Home, work and AA meetings is about it. I am a pretty boring guy now. I had enough good times in my previous 30 years. I spend a lot of my free time here even if my post count doesn't reflect it. We do have a new girl at work who uses a Provari and her husband rebuilds but I don't know him. We talk vaping at times. I told her my Provari is used more as an ohm tester than a pv. I am going to try and get her and her hubby to try a REO. She says he liked dripping but didn't care for the juice consumption of a dual coil atty. He sounds like a REOnaut but doesn't know it yet.

Currently I am vaping 12mg juice. I've been thinking about stepping back up to 18mg but am planning on seeing well I like the Odin before making that decision. My favorite flavor is straight banana but the place I get it at damages food grade plastic. It caused my tube in my new REO to extend a few mm and what it does to a protank grommet that sits on the post is just unimaginable. I am going to just give up on that particular juice. I am all ears if anyone has suggestions of a new banana vendor/juice for me. My current favorite is Creme Brulee from Nicoticket. I am obsessive/compulsive so like most things I find something I like and beat it to death and then find a new favorite. I seem to like most fruit juices I try.

Vaping has kept me off the analogs for 1.5 years now and I have a new hobby as well. I am afforded the opportunity to invest in quality gear and I have lifetime supplies of various gauge wires and wicking materials. I have KGD cotton on the way.

Penny, I try not to vape in front of my boys but I would hardly vape at all if I didn't. My 13yo has asked me all about what is in the juice. We have talked about it a lot lately.

I use one of my Reo Grand LPs 90% of the time with Cyclone. I'll throw in a Kraken RBA or Elm RDA on top of my Tree of Life mod every now and then, just to really let the vapor fly. Plan on getting the Odin pretty quick.
I go through 4 - 6ml a day, mostly in my car. I'll take vape breaks outside when I'm at the office, but spend a lot of my day driving. I will vape hard at home when I convince my girlfriend to let me do it inside, usually late night during a movie.
I only have one other friend that is into it as much as I am, and we tend to spend a lot of time together. I mainly vape by myself.
I usually switch my all day juice... once a day. Quite a few different ones but my top go tos are: Rootbeer, Pluid, Blue raspberry, strawberry lemonade, and honey tobacco. All at 6mg, and all from Evaperated and DSV Creations (Canadian vendors, except Pluid of course.)

1) I used my REO VV Woodville for nearly 2 1/2 years as my primary PV and a 14500 mini for days I was likely to get wet... until about 2 months ago when I got an SL Grand. Now, it has taken over as my primary PV. ---- I had some favorite commercial attys until the same time I got my SL I also got an RM2 (then a second one - and just Friday an RM3). I'm fond enough of the RM2 and RM3 I pronably won't ever finish using my stock of 306s, i06s, and aeros.

2) I can vape anywhere I want and I do. I do a lot of different things for a living, but most of the time I am my own boss... and even when I'm not, I am encouraged to vape at the office. My boss's there don't smoke, but have had personal tragedies in their families from smoking related illness, so they encourage my vaping and are good with me vaping in the building... Much of my work (and all of my play) is outside and usually far from other humans. So, unless the elk and moose start to complain, I'll continue. I vape in my house. I vape in my vehicles. I vape just about anywhere in town I go and no one ever says a word about it unless they have a question about vaping. People here mostly mind their own business (that's what freedom is all about).

3) I do know a few people who vape, but we don't get together specifically to vape. I hope that makes sense. I don't really know how else to say it...

4) 18mg - I just recently switched to unflavored 100% VG from more than 2 1/2 years of AVE 555 being my primary juice. I still have ~60ml of AVE 555, but I'm pretty satisfied with the unflavored and found it pretty easy to switch. --- A few months ago, I accidentally ordered 12mg. Unfortunately, it was several months worth and I found it a little unsatisfying for a long time. So, I'm pretty certain 18 is where I'll stay... but now that I'm controlling my own juice, I might blend a little to 15mg and see if it's OK.
